The New Stainless Steel Firepot lasts approximately twice as long as the original mild steel firepot. The sidewalls and rod are made from a special high temp stainless steel alloy designed to withstand temperatures up to 2100° Fahrenheit. Rated for 1000 hours of use before replacement.

Fantastic heater – worth every
Our timber stove patio heater has been such a great addition to our outdoor space. It looks incredible on the patio and genuinely feels more like a high-end outdoor fireplace than a typical patio heater. The stove gets compliments from everyone who sees it.
Performance-wise, it puts out a surprising amount of heat. We can comfortably sit outside on chilly evenings, and everyone around the heater can feel the warmth, not just the person sitting right next to it. It has truly extended our outdoor season, and we now use the patio far more than we did before.
Once it’s lit, it burns hot and steady, and it’s easy to keep the fire going for hours when we’re entertaining. It has completely upgraded our outdoor living space!

Received my Big Timber on Tuesday morning. (We had a Christmas party planned Tuesday evening so I got right to work assembling). The assembly went smoothly with the help of the video. Hardest part was pulling all the protective film off the parts. This thing RIPS! We have a 16′ x 20′ fabric enclosure on our deck. It was 37 degrees outside and the Big Timber got the enclosure up to 68 degrees! Very good quality build! LOVE IT!

I think this product is awesome, but the customer service at this company is even better. I’ve owned my big timber for 5 years and have had to troubleshoot a couple of issues in that time … each time Timber Stoves has replied to my queries right away and gone above and beyond to help.
